PEBBLE

A concept inspired by the undulating shapes of Pebble polished smooth by the waves, interpreted in refined, contemporary designs.

Pebble delights and surprises with unexpected perspectives and unique experiences. It is an intimate yet versatile home with a bold, sensuous identity.

A place where art enhances everyday life, creating a welcoming, familiar place.

PROCESS & MATERIALS

PROCESS & MATERIALS

A concept where installations and systems are designed for integrated, automated management and control to improve energy efficiency, safety and comfort.

Learning from natural systems, the building prioritises vertical energy: solar panels and geothermal probes improve the performance of other exchange systems such as aerothermy.

Wood comes from sustainable sources, that is, cultivated and properly managed forests according to ecological criteria, a zero-km source

Pebble is audited by an accredited GBCe consulting firm, initially obtaining four Green Seals. A seal awarded to sustainable buildings, which also encompasses social and economic aspects in the construction process.

The construction waste is managed by the external consultant Cocircular VALORIZA, who verifies the companies comply with the requirements during the execution of the works and in the finished building.

In the construction of this villa, 100% natural materials from km 0 have been used.

MAIN FEATURES

The main floor houses the living room, kitchen and swimming pool between technical volumes with retractable carpentry where the experience of living in the open air runs through indoors, semi-outdoors in smooth transitions.

In the semi-buried floor plan, its retaining walls minimise the weight of the structure. These sinuous enclosures explore the experience of living inside a boulder while acting as an energy accumulator.
