Jesús Olivares and Miguel Ródenas are the architects in charge of the Calacatta project. Homes with bioclimatic design, cross ventilation that favors maximum use of the extraordinary Mediterranean climate, and a distribution that blurs the limits of interior and exterior.

Among its main characteristics, this villa of more than 300 m2 has the highest energy efficiency certification applied in Europe in its latest NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) regulations, thanks to the fact that it is supplied with geothermal and photovoltaic energy.

In addition, it has a rainwater collection tank of more than 3,000 liters, intended for the maintenance of the gardens.

PhD in architecture and professor of projects at the Superior Technical School of Architecture of Madrid (ETSAM).

In 2005, together with Víctor Navarro, she created the Langarita Navarro architecture office specialized in the relationship between architecture and the city from a culture expanded material.

His work has been recognized with the special mention Mies van der Rohe Award or FAD Award among others, included in the monograph 2G Langarita Navarro (Gustavo Gili Ed.) and is part of the permanent collection of the Center Pompidou de Paris.

These projects are audited by an accredited GBCe consulting firm, initially obtaining four Green Seals. A seal awarded to sustainable buildings, which also encompasses social and economic aspects in the construction process.

The construction waste is managed by the external consultant Cocircular VALORIZA, who verifies the companies comply with the requirements during the execution of the works and in the finished building.
